AD75 ready for routine maintenance

The Jacro Rig is a slightly larger (than power rig) man portable unit capable of drilling NQ size open or cored holes to depth of 80 meters. The rigs have a small mast and hydraulically driven shafts which provide pull down and pull back pressure.

The Jacro Rig has an average daily penetration of between 40 to 60 meters of open hole, or up to 10 meters of core.

The rig is best utilized for shallow exploration where a small footprint is required or access is restricted. The drilling penetration rate for the Jacro Rig is similar to the Power Rig, however core recovery is typically better.
